DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
The Rosemary Urban Development Authority confirms the initiation of a routine infrastructure review across lower-district zones 4–11. This review is conducted in accordance with the Rosemary Municipal Planning Act and does not indicate any imminent construction or modification to existing residential or commercial structures.

The Authority wishes to reassure residents that Project Stanchion is a precautionary geological and structural assessment only. Survey activities are conducted under proper authorisation and in compliance with all relevant city ordinances.

Residents with concerns are invited to attend a public information session to be held at a date and venue to be confirmed.

Editor's note: The Gazette requested comment from three independent geologists regarding the nature of the survey equipment described by residents. All three declined to respond on record.

NOTICES
The Rosemary Civic Guard Association wishes to advise that a memorial service for OFFICER DETECTIVE HARRY TARIQ, killed in the line of duty on the evening of the 28th, will be held at the Redbrick Infirmary Chapel at 10:00 on the first next month. He is survived by his wife and one daughter. Flowers may be left at the Guard House, Kilgiz Street.
